This work explores the use of tranceworking combined with research to
achieve a deeper understanding of goddesses, gods, and other beings,
illustrated by in-depth studies of a group of Norse goddesses. In the
process, she describes the practice of tranceworking, giving clear,
practical advice on how to enter and maintain a trance state. Although
grounded in solid research, this book is written in a down-to-earth,
